Comfortable stay with room hiccups

We enjoyed our spacious room with a great buffet breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and many attractions.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled.

The staff was outstandingly helpful and very friendly and the place was clean. The room was outstanding and neat, included with great view and free breakfast. There were an electric kettle and fridges, really enjoyed it. Everything was fine, nevertheless a few employees were very very bad👍

We were in a good and perfect location not too far away from Siam Center.

It's right in the heart of town, with easy access to shopping and delicious Halal food. Plus, there's a lovely park nearby perfect for walking our dog. The daily breakfast was fantastic, especially the coffee on the house!

In my wife's opinion, the wifi needs improvement for families.

The hotel is clean, the staff is good, and the room is good and cozy. The atmosphere of the venue is family. The hotel offers a great selection of food that was spicy. The location is great and unbeatable, not too far from a Thai - style teak house.

Free parking on site provided. Very nice staff interactions. Favourable and best possible location to Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.

Bad mannered staff!

This place is nice, and offers free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a car service, which I still appreciate. Always a pleasure to stay here, I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

family friendly stay with minor issues

The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, offering a great variety. The friendly staff always greeted us with smiles. The family room provided ample space for us, and we enjoyed the fine city view from our window. It was a good experience for my kids, who loved watching the city skyline.

Noise from the nearby street was sometimes disruptive at night.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the BTS station and close to shopping areas. Rooms are decent, but sound insulation is lacking, and breakfast options could be improved. Staff were friendly, but the dining area felt cramped during busy hours.

The food scene near the hotel is a delight! Bubble Bee Tea & Smoothies is awesome, and Pee Aor Tom Yum Goong serves up the best spicy noodles! Plus, the location is spot-on for hopping on the BTS train and exploring the area.

The smoke smell in the room was a real kicker. They sent a spray, but it hardly helped. Just a bummer since the hotel had guests coming in and out every day.

great amenities and location

Rooms were spacious with air conditioning, tv, and a private bathroom that had a shower and free toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Ratchathewi BTS station. Breakfast had a good variety, and there's a 7-Eleven right next door. Street food options abound around the area.

Perfect for family with children

The hotel was surprisingly efficient with a room issue I had, they cleared a clogged toilet in less than 15 minutes which was excellent. The breakfast spread is solid too, there's enough variety to keep everyone satisfied even if it's not Michelin star quality.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The beautiful decor throughout the hotel was comforting, and the accessibility made it easy for me to move around. The friendly staff always greeted me with warm smiles.

Very comfortable experience. Beautifully maintained and neat rooms. - Location is favorable, adjacent to Platinum Mall, Ratchathewi BTS station, and the city center. - Several local food places to eat nearby.
